Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a deep passion for guiding individuals through life’s most difficult chapters. Specializing in childhood trauma, grief, resilience-building, and personal transformation, I help clients move beyond their past and rediscover their inner strength.

With a Master’s in Social Work from Northern Arizona University and years of experience in trauma-informed care, I understand the weight of painful memories and the courage it takes to face them. Therapy with me is not about just revisiting the past. It’s about learning, healing, and rising above it.

Using evidence-based approaches to provide a supportive yet challenging space where you can confront triggers, process grief, break free from limiting patterns, and embrace a new perspective. I believe resilience isn’t just about surviving but thriving.

No matter how hard your past has been, you are not defined by it. You have the power to rewrite your story. Together, we’ll work toward creating a life that feels meaningful, fulfilling, and authentically yours.

Let’s take this journey, step by step, breakthrough by breakthrough. I look forward to hearing your story and helping you build the future you deserve.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to empower my clients so they can confidently navigate life without needing a therapist at every turn. I take a client-centered approach, helping individuals explore emotions and perspectives in new ways while equipping them with practical tools for lasting change. I guide clients in overcoming challenges and achieving their personal goals by providing education on different beneficial skills/tools that you can develop while also stepping off to the side while you work through and process through your challenging past. My work is rooted in fostering resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful growth so that each session brings them closer to their own breakthroughs.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a space where clients feel enlightened and motivated after each session. While therapy isn’t always easy, I offer reassurance and encouragement, helping individuals build confidence in their ability to navigate challenges. My goal is to instill a deep understanding that struggles are temporary and that healing is always within reach. Even in the toughest moments, I work to empower clients with the resilience and tools they need to move forward with hope and strength.
