Great to meet you!

My name is Andrew, and I'm passionate about helping people develop the best version of themselves. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who graduated in 2022 from Seton Hall University with experience in working with adults, couples, and men's issues. I aim to be a helper, guide, and questioner of all things, helping people develop better relationships with themselves or their partners in the case of couples work. With men, I want to provide the space to explore what identity means to you and help develop the story you want to be in.

My approach to therapy

I help people rewrite the stories they tell themselves toward empowerment and fulfillment through Narrative Therapy. I provide space to explore our inner world through IFS and Parts work, developing relationships with our feelings and experiences. With couples, I help disentangle issues and emotions through EFT and use Gottman to improve communication and feelings of connection.

What you can expect from me

I see you as the expert in your own story, taking seriously the words, language, and goals you set for yourself within therapy. I will reflect back what I hear and pose many questions for you to consider, encouraging you to reflect in between sessions. I want to help you better understand and be with yourself, so I will provide the opportunities to explore and hold what is difficult and uncomfortable for the purpose of you becoming the person you want to be.
