Andrew Lapin

I have been working in behavioral health for fifteen years and as a counselor for ten years. I have led therapy practices, sober living, partial hospitalization programs, and long-term care facilities- but my favorite work is 1:1 psychotherapy. I have an MBA and in masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I generally work with folx within the LGBTQIA+ community.

I will never tell you what to do or how to live your life. I will help you figure out your values and goals and then help keep you accountable to those values and goals. I believe in mutual transparency and strive to create a therapeutic environment where you can feel relaxed and challenged to do difficult work and make the changes you wish to see.

Therapy is work. Sometimes it will feel great and empowering, and sometimes exhausting. There is space for the array of human experiences in this therapeutic environment, and working together will mean steady movement toward your therapeutic goals.
