Great to meet you!

I received my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University. My background includes supporting and working with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, life transitions, LGBTQ+ concerns, relationship conflicts, self-esteem, trauma, grief/loss, and dual disorders.

My approach to therapy

At its core, my therapy is client-centered and collaborative so we can focus on you and your needs. With a background in trauma-informed and insight-oriented approaches, together we can help discover the patterns that show up in your every day life, develop awareness into the tools you already possess, and heal the parts of you that need attention.

What you can expect from me

Since my approach will be tailored to your individual needs, we'll take our time exploring what you want to get out of working together and how we can make it worth your while. You can expect our time spent together with laughter, a good cry, and a more intimate understanding of yourself.
