Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with children, adolescents, and families, and my approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in respect for each person's unique experiences, strengths, and goals.

I specialize in supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families — kids, teens, and adults navigating ADHD, ADD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and anxiety. If you or your child have ever felt exhausted from masking just to fit in, or misunderstood, left behind, or overwhelmed by school, work, or family dynamics, you're not alone, and this is exactly the work I do. My goal is to create a validating, neurodiversity-affirming space where you or your child can finally drop the mask and be entirely yourselves.

My approach to therapy

We won't try to "fix" how your brain works. Instead, we'll collaborate to understand your unique mind, manage anxiety, develop coping strategies that actually work for school and daily life, strengthen family relationships, and build practical tools that honor your natural strengths.

As an outpatient clinician, I also support families through consultation, care coordination, and collaboration with schools and other providers — because meaningful progress often means looking at the whole picture, not just the therapy hour. Whether we're working on emotional regulation, school-related stress, family communication, or simply finding a space where you feel truly heard, I want to help you build a life that fits who you actually are.

What you can expect from me

I bring nine years of experience working with diverse populations, a master's degree in counseling and bachelor's in psychology from Salem State University, and certification in the Massachusetts CANS assessment tool — but what matters most to me is that you feel understood from our very first conversation.

I'd love to work with you and your family. Reach out to get started.
