Life is often not as easy as we’d like to think it should or could be. We often times overlook our own successes and start to believe those thoughts that prove that we are not our best selves. It takes great courage to start therapy as we are often hopeful that we can change, but also fearful that we may not. However, there is good news! By developing new patterns of thinking and feeling, our brain can literally rewire itself resulting in new behaviors, feelings, and actions. I hope that my experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker may help you work towards a more fulfilling and rewarding life.

I assist many adolescents and adults struggling with depression, anger, adjustment challenges, trauma, relationship difficulties, and anxieties. I hope to assist you in developing new strategies in order to develop new world view. My goal is to assist you in finding the roots too healing at a pace that is comfortable for you in order to establish an atmosphere of trust necessary to explore uncomfortable feelings to grow.
