Great to meet you!

After years working in community mental health, I bring that experience to private practice, where I can focus on each person as a whole. I see children, teens, and adults, and I have a particular connection to veterans and military families. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, or navigating a life change, I meet you where you are. I offer evening appointments on Mondays and Tuesdays in Vermont and New Hampshire.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, direct, and grounded. I take time to understand what you are going through before we talk about next steps. Your input matters at every stage, and I aim to make each session feel like a real, honest conversation rather than a checklist.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know each other. I will ask what brought you in and what you are hoping to work on. There is no pressure to share everything at once. We will end with a clear sense of next steps and a plan that feels right for you.
