Great to meet you!

I have over 30 years experience MH working extensively with people suffering from anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis, schizophrenia, OCD, trauma, PTSD, domestic violence, complicated grief and relationship issues. I also specifically help clients within the LGBTQ+ community providing psychoeducation and crisis support. Provide individual, couples and family counseling targeting clients suffering with range of issues from trauma, and physcial/sexual abuse.

My approach to therapy

I incorporate a vast range of clinical interventions into my practice: CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, EFT, Person-Centered, Anger Management, Relaxation Training.

Even if this is your very frist time in coming into therapy I provide an atmosphere within a friendly, personable manner. Listening to others in a caring and empathetic manner has been crucial in my ability to develop trusting relationships with others
