Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Andrew Mondoy, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and purpose. I work with clients experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, major life transitions, and men’s mental health.

My approach to therapy

I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and purpose. I take a collaborative, client-centered, and eclectic approach, helping you not only explore what’s going on but also move toward meaningful, practical changes.

What you can expect from me

My goal during the first session is to create a warm, relaxed, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves. I understand that starting therapy or psychiatric care can feel intimidating, so I focus first on building rapport and helping clients feel heard, respected, and supported.

During our first meeting, we will talk about what brought you to treatment, the challenges you are currently facing, and what you hope to gain from care. I also like to learn about your personal background, stressors, strengths, supports, and any past experiences with mental health treatment so I can better understand the full picture of your needs.

Together, we will begin identifying goals that are realistic, meaningful, and individualized to you.
