Great to meet you!

Andrew Raz, LMHCA, NCC, is a licensed psychotherapist with a passion for helping others navigate meaningful transformation.

Andrew completed his undergraduate degree in Religious Studies and Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Using evidence-based approaches with existential, narrative, and transpersonal frameworks, Andrew specializes in supporting adults and couples through life transitions, identity exploration, spiritual development, and preparation and integration practices. Andrew also works with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma with a compassionate, client-centered focus.

Andrew's intention is to cultivate a space where you feel deeply seen, respected, and empowered to explore the deeper questions of your life in a safe and supportive environment.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrative approach, blending evidence-based methods with existential and transpersonal perspectives. I see our time as a collaborative space where we can explore emotional patterns, life transitions, and deeper questions of meaning and identity.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and spiritual growth. I also support clients integrating experiences, offering a grounded and respectful space to process insights and foster lasting change.

My style is warm, attentive, and adaptive to your unique needs. I incorporate narrative, somatic, and mindfulness-based approaches to help you reconnect with your inner clarity, values, and sense of direction.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions with a deeper sense of clarity, emotional insight, and renewed connection to their inner resources. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, self-aware, and aligned with your values—whether you're working through specific challenges or exploring broader questions of purpose and identity.

In our work together, you can expect a calm, reflective space where your full experience is welcomed—intellectually, emotionally, and somatically. I support clients in building tools for regulation and resilience while also encouraging exploration of the deeper narratives and beliefs that shape their lives.

Over time, many clients find increased self-compassion, greater authenticity in relationships, and the courage to engage more fully with life.
