Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Reyes‐Cady Wellness, where I work with adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My background includes outpatient mental health, primary care behavioral health, and community‐based clinical work. I bring a grounded, steady presence and a collaborative style that helps clients feel understood and supported. I value clarity, authenticity, and creating a space where you don’t have to perform or have everything figured out.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I integrate ACT, CBT, DBT‐informed strategies, mindfulness, and trauma‐responsive care to create a personalized plan that fits your goals. I balance support with gentle challenge, helping you understand patterns, reconnect with your values, and build sustainable change. Sessions are structured, practical, and grounded in what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a calm, structured conversation focused on understanding what brings you in and what you hope to shift. We’ll explore your goals, your history, and what’s been getting in the way, then outline a direction that feels clear and doable. Clients can expect a steady, non‐judgmental environment where you can speak openly and begin building a sense of clarity and momentum. By the end, you’ll know what we’re working toward and what our next steps will look like.
