Great to meet you!

I am an empowerment focused, solutions driven, open space to explore the roadblocks and opportunities before you. I have been practicing clinically, both in medical settings such as University of Penn and private practice, and am an award winning alumni of Florida State University and University of Maryland specializing in CBT, ACT, and strengths perspective.

My approach to therapy

You’re likely someone who looks like they have it all together—but underneath, you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. You may be navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, family conflict, or feeling lost in your career. You want clarity, peace, and a sense of control over your life again. You’re ready to understand what’s been weighing you down and learn how to move forward, not by being “fixed,” but by reconnecting with your purpose, values, and strength. I specialize in anxiety and mood disorders, grief and bereavement, career challenges, and family systems.

What you can expect from me

Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help clients define what matters most and build profound change from the inside out. My style is warm, collaborative, and direct. I believe you already have the tools to heal—I’m here to help you find and use them, while offering guidance and support every step of the way

You don’t have to keep pretending everything’s fine. Whether you’re grieving, burned out, anxious, or just feeling off, therapy can help you reconnect with who you are and where you’re going. I’d be honored to walk with you on that path. When you’re ready, I’m here! What if the path forward wasn’t about fixing yourself, but discovering what’s already there?
