Great to meet you!

Hello! I graduated from Illinois State University with a Master's degree in Clinical-Counseling Psychology in 2014. I work with people struggling with depression, anxiety, and undergoing changes in their life. Particularly young professionals or college students feeling lost or frustrated with their careers.

My approach to therapy

I take an approach to therapy that is centered on you, and so I rely a lot on what you bring to therapy to be able to identify the skills and tools that are best suited for helping you.

What you can expect from me

I try to make time for talking about successes because these are just as important as the challenges you're facing. I believe we can pull a lot of information from where you're having regular wins in your life and use those as stepping stones for future goals. I like to try to establish goals along the way as well as check in regularly on how things have changed and if we need to shift the direction we're going.
