Great to meet you!

My ideal clients are those looking to invest in their mental health and improve their lives in some meaningful way. Many of my clients have worked for years in therapy prior to my help, and with my ability to truly listen and hear people, and offer practical options for solutions, I've helped many overcome problems they've struggled with for a lifetime. I am LGBTQ+ friendly and educated, and have worked extensively with clients in the community.

I've worked as both a substance abuse counselor and a community mental health counselor. Working with a wide variety of clients has reinforced the idea within me to respect everyone's individual differences and never judge a book by their cover.

The most difficult thing in the world to do sometimes is admit you need help. It is also the most courageous decision you could ever make.

My approach to therapy

Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Substance Abuse, and a wide variety of other mental health issues. I work primarily with the CBT model. Clients who benefit the most from CBT empower themselves to work on their issues in between therapy sessions.

What you can expect from me

My approach involved psychoeducation upfront. One must know the problem inside and out to overcome it.
