Great to meet you!

I work with people navigating their evolving identity, self-worth, relationships, life purpose, and psychedelic integration. Often high-functioning but privately struggling, or simply needing trusted support in a safe space to tend to the soul and grow. The foundation of my work as a clinician is psychodynamic psychotherapy. But the therapeutic space is not bound by clinical measurements or a rigid psychology. Far beyond clinical diagnosis, therapy is the path towards wholeness in Self, vitality in daily life and relationships, and creative expression of the soul. I am a perpetual student of depth psychology and completing certification as a Jungian analyst.

My approach to therapy

My approach is experiential and holistic. I blend Jungian depth psychology and Narrative therapy in a mindful, emotion-focused presence to revitalize the mind and soul. I specialize in psychedelic integration based on a decade of experience with the Indigenous ritual use of Ayahuasca in Brazil.

What you can expect from me

  1. Our first session is about orienting our therapeutic alliance towards your goals. Expect a warm, patient space to explore your inner world. We are looking to create a collaborative spirit, a shared sense of direction, and the trust to be honest about the process itself. Therapy is a work in progress. Just like our pursuits in life, therapeutic goals require consistency, the right amount of patience, and vision.
