Great to meet you!

After earning my Master of Social Work degree from Boston University, I completed a year of advanced postgraduate training in Family Systems Therapy. I later founded a community-based nonprofit providing outpatient counseling services. Over the years, my clinical work has grown to include individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use recovery, life transitions, and identity-related concerns.

I am LGBTQ-affirming and deeply committed to providing inclusive, compassionate, and culturally responsive care. My goal is to create a space where all clients feel seen, respected, and supported on their path to healing and self-discovery.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work with individuals and couples. My approach is rooted in attachment theory, relational dynamics, and mind-body integration. I work collaboratively with each client to identify internal and external barriers, foster self-awareness, and support the integration of the whole person—emotionally, mentally, and physically.
