I tend to view therapy through a trauma-informed lens, which acknowledges that many of us may have been forced to adapt or change out of necessity in response to unfavorable circumstances or distressing experiences. Our work can help reclaim the parts of you that have been lost in an effort to live a more integrated and authentic life.

Look, let's face it, life can be hard and we're all trying to navigate its challenges as best we can. In my practice, I always make the effort to meet you where you're at in a warm and compassionate manner as I assume that many of the things you want to change may have served a really important or protective purpose at some point in your history. From here, we will work together to rediscover your true self so that you can construct a more satisfying life that aligns with who you truly are.
