Great to meet you!

Hi, I am Joy Bradley, LICSW, and I am passionate about helping people feel heard, understood, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges. I specialize in helping people experiencing trauma, ADHD and life transitions. My clients are adults through seniors. I believe therapy is not about fixing who you are, but about creating space to know yourself more deeply, heal from painful experiences, and develop tools to build a life that feels meaningful and aligned with your values. I offer in-person and telehealth sessions.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy centers on creating a genuine, supportive connection where you feel safe exploring your experiences and goals at your own pace. I use a client centered approach that focuses on your unique needs, strengths, and identity, and together we will clarify the changes you want to make in your life while honoring what has helped you cope so far.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where we get to know each other and what brings you to therapy right now. We will explore your current challenges, goals, and strengths, as well as what you hope to gain from this process. Together, we will create a realistic, personalized plan and begin building a strong foundation for the work we will do side by side. Book with me through my calendar to schedule a session when you are ready!
