Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I earned my MSW from Loma Linda University in California, and prior to graduate school spent six years working with unhoused families, which shaped my compassionate, strengths-based approach to care.

My style is warm, down-to-earth, and occasionally humorous. I use solution-focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approaches to help clients manage overthinking, build coping skills, and create meaningful change. I specialize in working with young adults and women seeking support, clarity, and balance.

I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe therapy should feel supportive while also helping clients gain real tools they can use in daily life. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused strategies to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, reduce overthinking, and develop healthier coping skills.

I take a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach and tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, while also feeling gently challenged to grow and make meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a relaxed, supportive environment. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping to work on, and any concerns or questions you may have. I’ll also gather some background information to better understand your experiences, but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with.

My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and clear about next steps. We’ll begin identifying goals and discussing how therapy can be helpful for you moving forward. Many clients leave the first session feeling relieved, more grounded, and hopeful.
