Great to meet you!

I started out in psychiatric hospitals and psychiatric urgent care settings. Then I worked with veterans, court legal systems, homeless and substance populations, sometimes even along side parole officers, which together taught me how mental health and social systems overlap.

My approach to therapy

I notice themes and repetitions in thoughts, feelings, and actions but I don't treat my perception of those as absolute. I throw it out into the room instead and invite you to test and refine them with me.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I'll ask about your story and what brought you in. We'll talk about your goals and what you'd like to see change. I'll share observations and invite you to refine them with me so we can start shaping a plan that feels both practical and personal.
