Great to meet you!

My name is Andy and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), and Navy Veteran with 11+ years of experience. Whether you are struggling with addiction, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, PTSD or distressing events due to military service, relationship issues, or major life changes, you do not have to do it alone. I would love be part of your personal journey.

I am a dedicated and compassionate clinician committed to supporting individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. In addition to my therapeutic expertise, I am also fluent in Spanish. As a military veteran, I also know how the military lifestyle affects the family. I have extensive experience in addiction counseling, EMDR therapy, and family counseling.

My approach to therapy

I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, validated, and understood. While I bring compassion and encouragement into our sessions, I offer direct and honest feedback when needed to help you gain insight and make meaningful progress.
