I conducted my doctoral studies at Adler University in Chicago where I was trained as a general practitioner to treat a wide variety of presenting issues across the lifespan. I have experience practicing in many settings including inpatient units, forensic sites, community mental health centers, and in private practice throughout the course of my career.

I view psychotherapy as a process of growth that occurs both through self-exploration and experiential learning.
