Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, U.S. Army veteran, and healthcare leader with over 15 years of experience across military, federal, academic, and clinical settings. I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice from Hawaii Pacific University and completed my Master of Clinical Service Operations at Harvard Medical School, blending clinical expertise with a focus on high-quality, patient-centered care.

I specialize in comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, supportive therapy, and personalized treatment plans for adults facing ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, sleep issues, bipolar disorder, and stress.

My approach to therapy

Great mental healthcare starts with listening. I take the time to understand your unique story, values, and goals before building a care plan together. My style is warm, collaborative, direct, and nonjudgmental. I view our work as a partnership—helping you understand your options so you can make confident decisions about your health.

What you can expect from me

In our first meeting, we’ll dive into your current concerns, health history, past experiences, and goals for care. I’ll share my initial thoughts in plain, straightforward language and address any questions you have. By the end of the session, we’ll have a clear, personalized plan for your next steps.
