Dr. Aneesh Remani Ravi, DNP, PMHNP-BC, MCSO, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, U.S. Army veteran, and experienced behavioral health leader with more than 15 years of service across military, federal, academic, and clinical healthcare settings.

He earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice from Hawaii Pacific University and completed a Master of Clinical Service Operations at Harvard Medical School. His Harvard education strengthened his expertise in clinical leadership, healthcare operations, quality improvement, and patient-centered care delivery. He provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, supportive therapy, patient education, and individualized treatment planning. His areas of focus include ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma and PTSD, sleep disorders, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, and stress-related conditions.

My approach to therapy

Dr.Ravi, PMHNP-BC, believes that effective mental healthcare begins with listening. He takes time to understand each patient’s symptoms, experiences, values, and treatment goals before developing a personalized care plan. His style is warm, collaborative, direct, and nonjudgmental. He works alongside patients to help them better understand their mental health, make informed treatment decisions, and achieve meaningful improvement in their daily lives.

During your first session, I will take time to learn about your concerns, symptoms, health history, current medications, life experiences, and treatment goals. We will discuss what has been difficult, what has helped in the past, and what you hope to achieve through care. I will explain my initial recommendations in clear language and answer any questions you may have. Together, we will create a personalized plan and discuss the next steps for treatment.
