Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Aneshia Lewis, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional in New Jersey. I work with adults and teens navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and the impact of trauma. I’ve supported clients across a variety of mental health settings, and I bring a collaborative, culturally responsive approach to therapy. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to move at your own pace. Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating, and you don’t have to do it alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is eclectic and collaborative, drawing from multiple evidence-based modalities to meet each client’s unique needs. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model, so sessions are tailored to your goals, experiences, and pace. I aim to create a supportive, culturally responsive space where you feel safe to explore, grow, and build practical tools for lasting change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, trusting relationship. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping to get out of it, and any questions or concerns you may have. There’s no pressure to share everything at once. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, and my goal is for you to leave feeling supported and understood.
