Great to meet you!

I know reaching out for help isn’t always easy. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, feeling overwhelmed, or simply not feeling like yourself, my goal is to provide a space where you feel comfortable being honest about what you’re going through.

I believe people do best when they feel genuinely heard and understood. I take the time to listen, answer questions, and work with you to find solutions that fit your life. My focus is helping you feel better, function better, and get back to being the version of yourself you want to be.

My approach to therapy

I believe treatment should feel like a conversation, not an interview. I take a collaborative approach, meaning we’ll work together to understand what’s going on and decide on the best path forward.

I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every person has a different story, different goals, and different needs. Whether treatment includes medication, coping skills, lifestyle changes, or a combination of approaches, my goal is to help you make steady and meaningful progress while feeling supported throughout the process.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know you. I’ll ask questions about what’s been going on, how it’s affecting your daily life, and what you’re hoping to get out of treatment.

You don’t need to have all the answers or know exactly what’s wrong. We’ll work through that together. My goal is for you to leave the appointment feeling heard, understood, and with a clear plan for what comes next.

Many clients tell me they appreciate having a provider who is easy to talk to, takes time to listen, and explains things in a way that makes sense. That’s exactly the kind of experience I strive to provide.
