Angel Brooks

I’m Angel Brooks, a licensed marriage and family therapist with over three years of experience in the counseling field. I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University, where I learned valuable modalities that can support both individual growth and relational healing.

I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals and families from all walks of life, including children in foster care, those healing from trauma, and people navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. I’m dedicated to ongoing learning to ensure I meet your needs with empathy, patience, and a nonjudgmental ear, so you can be your true self during our time together.

My personal upbringing has taught me the importance of patience, understanding, and meeting people exactly where they are in their journey. I believe in the power of truly listening, offering a compassionate space, and walking alongside those I work with to help them become the best version of themselves.
