Great to meet you!

Hello Warrior! I appreciate your tenacity in taking a step towards mental and emotional clarity. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe in self-determination, compassion, empathy, and authenticity. For the last 20 years, I have committed myself to advocating for those who needed support in the most challenging times in their lives. The last 8 years of my clinical experience ranges from at-risk youth ages 12-17 and expanding to adults in need of support.

My approach to therapy

Once it is determined we will move forward with treatment, it is my duty to build a rapport and assess your needs. I believe that connections and therapeutic relationships are destined. Therefore, we will develop a therapeutic partnership to help you get closer to your goals and aspirations.

What you can expect from me

I will never understand the stigmas behind mental and emotional wellness because therapy in my opinion is a need and not a want. We all need an unbiased ear and an individual with an open mind. I not only hear my clients, but I listen with pure intentionality to help problem solve. I confess that I am direct, honest, transparent, empathetic yet still non-judgmental. First sessions can be unpredictable for us both, but it is my duty to ensure you Hang in There!
