Great to meet you!

Therapy with me is a conversation, not a lecture. I’m direct, a little sarcastic, and I use humor to make the hard stuff easier to talk about. I believe in meeting you where you are—whether you’re navigating a major life transition, working through past trauma, or just trying to figure out why everything feels overwhelming. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and maybe even laugh a little along the way.

My approach to therapy

I take a solution-focused approach, meaning we won’t just sit and talk about problems—we’ll actively work toward change. My style blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with an attachment-based lens, helping you understand patterns while giving you practical tools to move forward. I’m also a firm believer in grounding techniques and mindfulness (for real people, not just those with extra time to meditate on a mountain). If you need structure, I’ve got you. If you need space to vent, I’ve got that too.

What you can expect from me

You’ll walk away with real strategies you can use—not just therapy talk. Whether it's learning to set boundaries, managing stress, or breaking unhelpful cycles, we’ll focus on what actually works for you. My goal is for you to feel more grounded, more in control, and confident in handling whatever life throws your way.
