Angel Lopez

My name is Angel Lopez and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Telehealth Practitioner, National Certified Counselor, Master Certified Addiction Professional, and Qualified Supervisor. My counseling style is interactive, strength-based, and collaborative. I believe in the therapeutic relationship and building rapport with my clients to create a safe space to have open dialogues about your concerns, generate active solutions, and improve overall level of functioning.

I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion, while also keeping a good sense of humor. We will work collaboratively to discover strategies and solutions that work best for you, and tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. My holistic approach combines person-centered, cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, problem and solution focused modalities.

Being aware of your needs and seeking help is a difficult yet courageous choice. If you are ready to take that step, I would be honored to walk with you on this healing journey, to support you, and empower you towards the path to well-being. I currently provide telehealth services through HIPPA compliant platforms. For sessions, I am available Monday- Friday with rotating Saturdays, by appointment only.
