Great to meet you!
I help individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected make sense of their experiences and develop evidence‐based strategies that support meaningful, lasting change. I work with people navigating stress, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and major life transitions—clients who want to understand their patterns, strengthen coping skills, and move toward greater stability and wellbeing.
Clinically, I focus on identifying issues impacting daily functioning, clarifying needs and goals, and building practical skills that promote emotional regulation, resilience, and healthier patterns. My approach blends insight‐oriented work with concrete, evidence‐based interventions, helping clients understand why they feel the way they do and how to shift those experiences in real time. Together, we explore the factors shaping thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and create a plan that supports progress, confidence, and a greater sense of control.
I enjoy working with couples, older adults, and individual adults. Across all populations, I’m drawn to helping people improve their relationships—with themselves and others—and create lives that feel more stable, connected, and fulfilling.
I also support individuals navigating substance use concerns, whether they’re reducing harmful patterns, maintaining recovery, or trying to understand the role substances play in their emotional and behavioral cycles. I offer a nonjudgmental, structured space to explore these experiences, identify triggers, strengthen coping strategies, and build insight into the stressors or emotional needs that contribute to use. Using evidence‐based approaches, we collaborate on realistic, sustainable goals that support healthier choices, improved functioning, and a greater sense of control.
