Great to meet you!

Greetings!

I am a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) experienced in helping individuals navigate life's challenges regardless of age and demographics.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Therapeutic Approach

I utilize a client-centered and collaborative approach rooted in empathic evidence-based principles. I have experience in using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and many other modalities focusing on trauma, shame/resilience, anxiety, depression, and stress reduction.

What you can expect from our first session

What to Expect

Starting therapy can feel intimidating and it is important to be open about the feelings that can arise simply from logging in and joining a session. It is my priority to establish a secure environment that promotes vulnerability and authenticity. The treatment process is a collaborative process where we will work together to create, review, and complete treatment goals towards healing and wellness.
