I am here to walk with you through this journey called life. I am passionate about helping one find connections to their history, work through trauma, and develop strategies for lifelong change. I completed my Master's degree with the University of Denver, and have a significant history working with substance use disorders.
I feel that when approaching a therapeutic relationship, it is incredibly important for the provider to listen and define goals of therapy with their client. I am authentically present and honor the privilege of being invited to walk with you in your journey for some time. I have foundational understanding and education in cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapies, EMDR processing, as well as family and couples therapy.
I aim to ensure clients feel safe and supported in the space provided during therapy. I fully believe we all have the answers within us, yet can be clouded due to traumas and other external factors. My clients feel empowered through the connections explored that can make sense of the chaos, in addition to the tools we learn to create more desirable outcomes.
