Great to meet you!

My name is Angel Ramos Estrada, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and founder of Keystone Clinical Services PLLC. I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, families, and veterans navigate life's challenges while fostering resilience, healing, and personal growth.

Before becoming a social worker, I proudly served over 20 years in the United States Army. My military experience shaped my values of integrity, compassion, and service, which continue to guide my work as a therapist. Throughout my career, I have worked in school social work, hospice care, and outpatient mental health, providing support to clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, and major life transitions.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to identify their strengths and achieve meaningful change.

As a bilingual clinician fluent in English and Spanish, I am committed to making quality mental health care accessible to diverse communities. I believe every individual has the capacity for growth, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they work toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I believe that every person has unique strengths and life experiences that can serve as the foundation for healing and personal growth. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I work alongside my clients to develop practical strategies that align with their goals, values, and circumstances.

I utilize evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), trauma-informed care, and strengths-based therapy. My work emphasizes building self-awareness, developing healthy coping skills, improving emotional regulation, strengthening relationships, and fostering resilience through meaningful and sustainable change.

I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Whether someone is experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, military transition, grief, or life stressors, my goal is to help them identify their strengths, overcome barriers, and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a comfortable, trusting therapeutic relationship. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you can openly share your concerns at your own pace.

During our initial meeting, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your personal history, current challenges, strengths, and the goals you hope to achieve. I'll ask questions to better understand your experiences, but there is no pressure to share more than you feel ready to discuss. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we'll work together to identify your priorities and develop a treatment plan that fits your unique needs.

I'll also answer any questions you have about the therapy process, confidentiality, and what you can expect in future sessions. Together, we'll begin identifying practical strategies and tools to help you move toward meaningful, lasting change.

Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, trauma, stress, grief, or life transitions, my goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead.
