Great to meet you!

I am a LICSW in training to become a Jungian analyst. I work with individuals 18 and older specializing in LGBTQIA+ issues, relationships, open relationships/ENM/polyamory, and religious trauma.

My approach to therapy

I believe that much of psychotherapy involves befriending and learning from the shadow aspects of the Self and cultivating a dialogue between the conscious and unconscious in the support of individuation, the process of becoming more fully oneself. My approach to psychotherapy is largely informed by Jungian theory and relational theory, and promotes collaboration, experimentation, and exploration of dreams/fantasies/myths/literature/poetry/art/writing, etc.

What you can expect from me

As we are wounded in relationships, we heal in relationships. I believe a strong therapeutic alliance is essential to transformation and I aim to create a safe space in which you feel held and able to take risks. I work best with individuals and couples who are highly motivated to do difficult work, deeply curious about their own psyches, and interested in utilizing what we both notice about the relational field/dynamics between us as a resource for psychological inquiry and discovery.
