Her practice embodies a holistic and integrative philosophy, striving to promote healing and personal development. She holds a deep commitment to delivering trauma-informed and culturally responsive care, driven by her unwavering passion for well-being and growth.

My approach to therapy

I embrace a strength-based, trauma-informed, and culturally rooted integrative framework aimed at alleviating stress and suffering. In a holistic manner, I draw upon techniques from various therapeutic modalities, including interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and attachment theory. I firmly believe that our profession demands ongoing learning. I maintain an open-mindset and seek out new modalities that align with my clients' needs.

What you can expect from me

Client can expect learning about brain functions, promoting brain plasticity, and fostering the creation of new neural pathways to support behavioral change. I offer psychoeducation to assist clients in understanding the scientific aspects of their treatment, enabling them to gain awareness of their healing progress.
