Great to meet you!

Down-to-earth LCSW and LCADC with an advanced degree in holistic health, supporting individuals through life’s challenges and transitions. I take an integrative approach to healing from within. Main focuses include working with adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, I create a compassionate, supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and focus on your individual goals. Using a strength-based approach, I help you identify and build on the resilience, insight, and capabilities you already possess. Therapy is a collaborative process where your voice matters, and together we work to develop practical tools, deepen self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change. Evidence-based therapies include (but not limited to) CBT, DBT, somatic therapy, MI, and trauma-focused interventions.

What you can expect from me

We’ll begin with an introductory session where we explore your goals, what’s bringing you to therapy, and the areas you’d like to focus on. This is an opportunity for you to share your story at your own pace and for us to start building a sense of comfort and connection We’ll work together to better understand your experiences, develop practical tools, and create meaningful change that aligns with your values and goals. I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach—our work is tailored to you. I’m here to walk alongside you, offering guidance, support, and perspective as you navigate challenges and growth. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore, heal, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
