Great to meet you!

You’re not broken—you’re just carrying too much alone.

I work with high-achieving adults, athletes, and parents who are navigating anxiety, stress, perfectionism, relationship challenges, performance pressure or life transitions. Many of my clients are used to being the strong one, meeting high expectations, and taking care of everyone else—while quietly struggling to make space for themselves.

I have a particular passion for working with athletes and high performers who are navigating the challenge of figuring out who they are beyond what they achieve. I also work with parents and adults navigating changing roles, relationships, parenting, and the transitions that come when life doesn't look the way you expected - especially raising teenagers.

My approach is warm, practical, and real. I use compassion, humor, and insight from my own world to help you work through what's keeping you stuck, build confidence, and find tools that actually make things better. As a coach's wife, mom of 6, grandma, and professional who has navigated many of these same pressures, I understand how easy it is to lose yourself in the roles and responsibilities you carry.

You don't have to have the right words or have everything figured out before you come to therapy. We'll create a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported as you work toward greater confidence, balance, and a life that feels more manageable.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, I'll meet you where you are and work with you to get closer to where you want to be. I listen for the things you don't quite have the words to say. I will make you feel unconditionally heard, understood and accepted. We'll work on helping you feel safe to express the tough stuff. My approach includes Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, we'll learn how to accept what we cannot change, become brave enough to change the things we can change, and find the wisdom to know the difference.

What you can expect from me

I work with clients to give them the tools to better manage the day to day challenges that prevent them from living with a sense of peace. Together, we will talk through the things that challenge you and fill your toolbox. Reach out today and let's chat.
