Welcome , I am a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), holding national board certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). With over 21 years of experience across diverse areas of healthcare, I am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and personalized mental health care.My clinical expertise includes the evaluation and management of anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD bipolar disorder, trauma-related disorders, OCD, and substance use disorders. I strive to create a safe, collaborative environment where clients can achieve balance and healing.

My approach to care centers on fostering a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly. Using a client-centered approach, I collaborate with each individual to develop a personalized treatment plan that reflects their unique needs, goals, strengths, and circumstances. This partnership helps promote meaningful progress, empowerment, and overall well-being.

In our first 60-90 minute visit, we will focus on building a positive therapeutic alliance between the provider and the client. We will discuss the client’s current psychiatric symptoms, past psychiatric history, social history, and past medical history and collaboratively formulate a treatment plan to help you reach your goals. We will spend time ensuring that you leave with all your questions answered and feeling comfortable with your individualized plan for treatment.
