With over 21 years of experience across diverse areas of healthcare, I am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and personalized mental health care.My clinical expertise includes the evaluation and management of anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD bipolar disorder, trauma-related disorders, OCD, and substance use disorders. During your first 60–90 minute telehealth visit, we will review your current symptoms, psychiatric, medical, and social history, and discuss your treatment goals. Together, we will create a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, therapy recommendations, and coping strategies.
