Great to meet you!

As someone who has learned to change and continue to strengthen my relationship with my thoughts and feelings, I want to be able to provide the same tools to those in need. I want to help others create a meaningful life in spite of fear or any hardship they are facing.

As a graduate from Ramapo College and as a LCSW, I have worked in all different settings: IOP/PHP, nursing home, and in schools. I use an empathetic/non-judgemental approach and serve the adult and geriatric populations.

My approach to therapy

I utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) techniques, mindfulness and meditation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques, and ERP to help clients work through anxiety and learn to be more accepting of their experiences. My non-judgmental therapeutic approach involves being able to accept and fully welcome all emotions and feelings just as they are.

What you can expect from me

Clients will learn to better understand themselves and collect the data on how they function amidst their ever changing thoughts and feelings.
