Great to meet you!

I help individuals navigating anxiety and depression due to difficult transitions- divorce, job loss, retirement, starting a business, newly married, etc. I help couples and families address mental health related concerns and improve communication. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. With a background in intercultural studies, I also help with issues pertaining to cultural/ethnic diversity.

My approach to therapy

I approach counseling from a relational perspective that is trauma-informed and evidenced-based. This means I get to know you and we work together to bring about the most meaningful change in your life at a pace that works best for you using techniques that work.
