Great to meet you!

I offer a relaxed non judgemental environment. I earned my Masters in Social Work at The University of Missouri- Kansas City campus. My clinical education and experience began in foster care, adoption and working with families. Then it branched out to Veteran care and a Dementia specialty. I have always enjoyed offering end of life care as it is sacred work. I have a lot of experience working with couples navigating various relationship problems. I believe it all comes down to having a caring, competent provider to walk along side you when you need one, regardless of the situation. If together we find that I can be that therapist for you...we will get busy helping you feel relief and gain confidence in whatever you are dealing with.

My approach to therapy

My style is comfortable conversation with some thought provoking questions. I work hard to help clients feel connected despite us utilizing technology. I like to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy often as a foundation of our work. I am a teacher at heart and if I can help you learn about yourself and what works best for you....you will feel so much better!

What you can expect from me

In our first session I hope to begin creating a safe space for you to tell me about yourself. We will talk about what you desire from therapy.
