I am a solution-focused therapist who approaches the counseling process with openness and empathy. I believe in providing practical support and personal feedback to help her clients cope with life challenges. My philosophy of counseling is client-centered, based on respect for the individual and belief in each person’s intrinsic value.

My approach to counseling is integrative, focusing on the relationship between thoughts, emotions, and action. I help clients think about their personal beliefs, experience their struggles on an emotional level, and learn to adapt in new ways that will foster peace and autonomy in their lives.
