Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist with extensive experience in trauma treatment, specializing in supporting individuals who have lived through complex, chronic, or overwhelming life events. With advanced training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Theraplay, I integrate evidence-based approaches that help clients process traumatic memories, strengthen emotional regulation, and cultivate deep, lasting healing.

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in the belief that healing unfolds through safety, connection, and empowerment. I tailor each session to the unique needs of the individual or family, drawing from ART to reduce distressing memories and body-based reactions; TF-CBT to build effective coping skills and shift unhelpful beliefs; and Theraplay to foster secure attachment, attunement, and connection—especially in work with children and families.

A core part of my approach is helping clients recognize and build upon their inherent resilience. I support individuals in uncovering the strengths that have carried them through adversity, while developing new tools to navigate challenges with confidence and self-compassion.

What you can expect from me

I am dedicated to creating a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel seen, supported, and truly understood. Whether I’m working with children, teens, adults, or families, my goal is to walk alongside each person at a pace that feels right for them, nurturing both resilience and meaningful, sustainable healing. I look forward to meeting you!
