Great to meet you!

I work with adults who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, or the pressure of trying to keep everything together. Many of the people I support are balancing work, responsibilities, and personal struggles while feeling like they do not have much room to slow down. I also support adults who are working through recovery, and I see sobriety as only one part of the larger process of building a healthier, more stable life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, practical, and flexible. I want therapy to meet you where you are while also helping you make real progress. I draw from my clinical background and my work leading substance use groups to help clients better understand what is keeping them stuck, build healthier coping skills, and create lasting change in daily life. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship patterns, or recovery-related challenges, we will focus on support that feels useful, realistic, and grounded in your goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will slow things down and talk about what has been weighing on you, what you want support with, and what you hope can feel different moving forward. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, heard, and understood. Together, we can start building a plan that fits your life and helps you move forward with more clarity and confidence.
