Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Angela—but please, call me Angie.

If you are reading this, you might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or perhaps a little scared. I want you to know two things immediately: You are safe here, and you are not alone.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Missouri, with a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting, and supporting our military and first responders. But, my education isn’t the only thing I bring to our sessions. My practice is built on a unique "dual perspective." I don’t just know mental health from textbooks; I know it from life.

My journey to becoming a therapist began in a moment of fear. When my child experienced their first mental health crisis, I was terrified. While I was grateful to find resources for my child, I felt completely lost as a parent—confused, guilty, and searching for a hand to hold while I navigated the storm. I went back to school to become that hand for others.

Whether you are a parent navigating family chaos, a first responder carrying the weight of the job, or someone struggling with anxiety and trauma, I get it.

My approach to therapy

I bring a "dual perspective" to therapy—combining clinical training with the empathy of someone who has actually lived through the struggle.

My Approach:

  • Holistic & Client-Centered: No cookie-cutter solutions. We build a plan that fits your life.
  • Safe Space: A judgment-free zone to unpack your story.
  • Action-Oriented: We move from "what’s wrong" to "how do we get you to your goals?"

What you can expect from me

What to Expect

  • The Vibe: Warm, creative, and strictly non-judgmental.
  • The Start: We spend the first few sessions simply exploring your story and identifying what is holding you back.
  • The Goal: We create practical steps designed specifically for you to achieve the life you want.
