Angela Constantino

I am a LCSW with over 10 years of post licensure experience. I specialize in working with individuals and families coping with issues such as anxiety and depression. I believe there is nothing more important than the family system and how this system impacts greatly on our individual lives. I want to help clients who are looking for a better approach to relationships by managing one's own well being.

I want my clients to feel heard and safe when in session with me. I use a variety of techniques to assist clients so they can feel understood and feel comfortable with addressing the challenges that brought them to therapy.

Deciding to go to therapy can be difficult and it takes bravery to make that initial appointment. After meeting with me, my hope is that you have a better understanding of your thoughts, feelings and behaviors and explore the root of what is getting in your way to fulfill happiness.
