Great to meet you!
I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, understanding, and evidence-based care. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work and my Master of Social Work from the University of New England.
I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and grief. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel empowered to develop the skills and confidence needed for meaningful personal growth and emotional well-being.
My clinical approach is tailored to each client's unique needs and incorporates a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions.
I believe in empowering clients to build resilience, strengthen coping strategies, and create lasting positive change in their lives. I am committed to helping each person discover their strengths, overcome obstacles, and work toward achieving their personal goals.
