Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, understanding, and evidence-based care. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work and my Master of Social Work from the University of New England.

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and grief. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel empowered to develop the skills and confidence needed for meaningful personal growth and emotional well-being.

My clinical approach is tailored to each client's unique needs and incorporates a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions.

I believe in empowering clients to build resilience, strengthen coping strategies, and create lasting positive change in their lives. I am committed to helping each person discover their strengths, overcome obstacles, and work toward achieving their personal goals.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is rooted in a humanistic approach. I believe that each person is the expert on their own life and possesses unique strengths, experiences, and insights. I strive to meet clients where they are, creating a supportive and nonjudgmental space where they feel heard, valued, and understood. Through a collaborative therapeutic relationship, I work alongside clients to help them identify and achieve their personal goals, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll take time to get to know one another and discuss what brings you to therapy. We'll explore your current concerns, your personal strengths, and what you hope to achieve through the therapeutic process. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and relaxed environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself. This is your space to share at your own pace, and together we will begin developing a plan that supports your goals and overall well-being.
