Great to meet you!

I believe in a person-centered approach to therapy. My nature is conducive to building solid, trusting therapeutic relationships through acceptance, empathy, active listening, and enthusiasm for the work. My goal is to support clients as they pursue their passions, talents, and true happiness. I have honed my clinical skills through the years in varied settings, including outpatient mental, behavioral and community health. I deeply believe that everyone has growth potential.

My approach to therapy

I treat clients, ages 18 and up, who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, mood issues, identity development navigation, and complex family relationships. In session, my style is warm, accepting, and nonjudgmental. I use a combination of therapeutic techniques and approaches including mindfulness, meditation, cognitive-behavioral therapy, strengths-based therapy and emotional freedom technique.

What you can expect from me

A client should expect to leave our session feeling empowered, uplifted and motivated to pursue therapeutic goals.
