Great to meet you!

There's a kind of exhaustion that builds so gradually you stop recognizing it as exhaustion. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, family stress, and life transitions that can feel impossible to face alone, including infertility and the grief and uncertainty that often come with it. I also specialize in supporting parents of children with mental health or behavioral challenges, because the people trying hardest to help their kids often need real support too.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, meaning we work together to figure out what is actually getting in the way and build real, practical tools to move through it. Whether you are managing anxiety that won't quiet down, processing a loss or disappointment that the people around you don't quite understand, or trying to find steadier footing in a relationship or family system under pressure, our work will focus on what you can carry forward, not just what brought you here. I work best with people who are ready to try something different from what hasn't been working and who are willing to be honest about what they need, even when that part is hard.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a conversation, not an evaluation. We will talk about what brought you in, what has felt hard lately, and what you are hoping to change. There is no pressure to have it all figured out before we begin, and we will move at whatever pace feels right for you. If you are ready to take that first step, or just curious whether this might be a good fit, I would love to hear from you.
