Great to meet you!

You want to appear more outgoing, productive and like you are “on top of things” but deep down you are struggling to cope with anxiety and low self-esteem. You’re someone who enjoys your alone time but still find yourself wanting to be active and feel "included". Maybe you want to feel less exhausted and self-critical. You’re ready to start feeling some relief, hope and happiness again. Most of all, you are ready to feel less anxious and unsure. I want to help you get there.

My approach to therapy

As a counselor, I specialize in working with women, introverts, and people of color struggling with anxiety and low self-esteem. I collaborate with you to create coping tools to utilize between our sessions and even after graduating from counseling. I do this by using an integrative model with a holistic approach that addresses your emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.

What you can expect from me

As a client, I don't position myself as the expert of your life. Rather, I bring a space to hold for you to process your experiences, explore new perspectives, receive support, and collaborate on a plan to tackle whatever life throws at you. I understand what it takes to reach out for help; it can be hard to start. If you are ready to make that first step, I look forward to walking alongside you on the healing journey. Contact me for a free 15-min consultation call to see if we are a good fit.
